Use Print calendar for the dedicated printable view, or download PDF and print that file. Review the complete page at its intended size before making several copies. The editor preview and the printer dialog are two separate places to check.

If the grid or event text is cut off

Confirm that the document and printer use the same paper size and orientation. A4 and Letter have different proportions. Check the margin and scaling options, then inspect the preview edges. Increase the calendar margin or adjust the amount of content when necessary.

Check whether the month needs six rows. November 2026 with a Monday start does. Keep the final row and its dates. If text is crowded, shorten nonessential labels, use a roomier density or choose a more detailed layout. Removing dates is not a valid way to make the page fit.

If the page count looks wrong

Read the selected layout and range first. A yearly overview and a multi-page academic calendar are not expected to have the same page count. Inspect the first and last month and the full sequence. Look for an unwanted blank page in the print preview.

Browser-added headers and footers can place a date or web address around a sheet. Review those options if they appear. Do not send the print job while the preview still shows a clipped grid or unexpected pages. Cancel, adjust the settings and review the result again.

If the print is difficult to read

Print one busy page as a proof. Read the weekday headings, date numbers and smallest event label at the distance where the calendar will be used. Check whether the colors remain understandable in black and white. Keep important meaning in labels rather than relying only on colored fills.

Use notes for details that do not need to appear inside a date cell. If several events share a day, a weekly plan may provide more room than a monthly sheet. Change one setting at a time so you can tell whether the next proof solves the actual readability problem.

If an export or save fails

Keep the current editor open and read the error. Cancelling or failing an export should preserve the project. Retry after correcting the identified setting or input; do not assume a failed download produced a complete usable file. Open the eventual file to verify its pages and text.

If local saving fails, download a JSON project backup before leaving the browser. A printout or screenshot is not an editable backup. When describing a problem, note the layout, selected dates, paper setting and failing step, and use example event data instead of sharing private calendar details unnecessarily.
