Your calendar content and the network requests needed to load a website are different things. This page explains the local editing model and the choices you control.

Calendar content stays in the editing workflow

MonthSprig processes calendar dates, event labels, import previews and file generation in the browser. The calendar workflow does not upload your event list or project file to a MonthSprig account. There is no account or cloud-sync feature.

Your text can still appear in outputs you choose to create. A PDF, image, event CSV, ICS file or JSON backup may contain event names, notes and other details you entered. Review those files before sharing them with another person or service.

Local projects and preferences

Saving a local project stores editable calendar data in the browser context used for the site. Display preferences, such as the theme, can also be saved locally. These records do not automatically follow you to another device or browser profile.

Browser settings, private browsing and clearing site data can affect local storage. If a save fails, keep the project open while you download a JSON backup. MonthSprig does not have a remote project copy from which to recover a local calendar you have removed.

Imports and downloaded copies

Choosing a CSV or MonthSprig JSON file gives the editor access to that selected file for its import workflow. The preview lets you inspect the data before confirming changes. An invalid file should not clear the existing project.

Downloaded files are separate from browser-local projects. Deleting a project does not remove a JSON backup, PDF or image already saved on your device. Manage those copies through your device’s file storage, and consider who can access the location where you keep them.

Page delivery and network data

Loading the site requires network requests for its pages and assets. When pages are delivered through Cloudflare, its privacy policy describes how it handles information associated with its services, including service and security activity. That delivery traffic is separate from the calendar data processed by the editor.

This page does not promise that visiting a website creates no network data. It also does not assign a made-up retention period to the hosting provider. Review the provider’s policy for its practices and the current site disclosures for any additional service that has actually been enabled.

Advertising and analytics

An empty area labelled Advertisement is not itself a live ad or a claim that an advertising provider is active. This version has no configured advertising publisher or analytics tracker. Enabling a service would require an accurate update to these disclosures and any applicable user choices.

Do not place private event content in a page URL or share it through a search query. Site search is intended to find public tools and guidance, not to publish your saved calendar or upload its entries.

Your practical choices

You can remove saved projects, clear site data through your browser and delete downloaded files from your device. Keep a separate backup before removing information you still need. Avoid entering unnecessary personal details, especially when a calendar will be printed or shared.

The Contact page lists the help currently available. This description covers the calendar’s local editing and file workflow; it does not describe data you choose to send to another person or service after downloading a file.
