These terms describe use of MonthSprig’s calendar tools and the files you choose to create with them.

Use the tools for lawful planning

MonthSprig lets you create, edit, download and print calendars. Use the tools and the content you add for lawful purposes. Only import information you are entitled to use, and do not use the site to interfere with another person’s access or the operation of the service.

A calendar can include material you enter yourself, such as event names and notes. You remain responsible for that material and for deciding whether it is appropriate to share in a printout or downloaded file. Adding content to a calendar does not give you rights in someone else’s material.

Understand the scope of the output

MonthSprig is a date-based planning tool. It does not make bookings, send appointment reminders, synchronize accounts or determine whether an organization is open. Optional time labels are text rather than a defined time-zone appointment.

The optional U.S. federal holiday collection has a stated scope and reviewed range. It is not a complete school, business, state, local or worldwide calendar. Confirm dates with the relevant source when an appointment, deadline or other important decision depends on them.

Check a result before relying on it

Review the selected dates, event ranges, repeat rules and final print or download preview. Open the actual downloaded file and check the pages or event entries relevant to your task. A file’s appearance can also be affected by the application or printer used to open it.

A downloaded file is a snapshot. Editing the project later does not update an older PDF, image or calendar-app import. Keep versions identifiable, and verify the receiving application’s behavior before importing the same event file again.

Keep the copies you need

Local projects belong to the browser and device used for saving. They are not a cloud backup. Browser settings, removal of site data or loss of access to a device can affect those projects. Download a JSON backup for editable work you need to retain.

Deleting a local project does not delete files already downloaded elsewhere. You manage those copies separately. The site does not promise recovery of deleted browser-local data or access to a project on another device without a usable backup.
