Need a hand with your calendar? Start with the guide for the step you are working on.

Find help for the task

For a first calendar, use Quick start. For spreadsheet dates that do not import cleanly, use Import events. For cut-off grids, extra pages or small text, use Printing and troubleshooting. Each guide explains the expected result and the useful next step when something goes wrong.

If a saved project seems to be missing, read Local projects before clearing more browser data. Check the browser and device you used and look for a JSON backup. A downloaded PDF or image can preserve a view of the calendar, but it is not the editable project.

Prepare a useful problem description

Write down the calendar type, selected year or date range, paper size and the action that produced the problem. Describe what you expected and what you actually saw. A short sequence such as “open March 2027, add a three-day event, choose Letter, preview” is more useful than a general statement that the calendar does not work.

  • Include the browser and device if the layout or download is affected.
  • Copy the visible error message exactly when possible.
  • Mention whether the problem happens with a new example project too.
  • Keep the original project and a separate JSON backup while investigating.

Keep personal details out of examples

An event title, note or screenshot can contain names, addresses or appointment information. Make a copy using sample dates and labels before sharing a file with anyone for troubleshooting. Remove details that are not needed to reproduce the problem.

No contact form sends your calendar or a message in the background. If you use a published contact address, describe the problem in text first and share only a sample project if needed.
