Keep an April deadline separate from a day-31 repeat
April has thirty days. A monthly review set to the 31st will not appear, even if you can see the same review in March and May. Add an April 30 event explicitly when that is the date you need, and inspect any plans arriving from the end of March.
Optional U.S. federal holidays
The reviewed U.S. federal collection has no actual or observed dates in April 2027. This is a statement about that collection, not a claim that the month has no local observances, school dates or personal occasions. You can leave holidays off and add the dates relevant to your own calendar.
Make the page useful on paper
Preview the whole sheet at the selected A4 or Letter size. Check the longest event label, the last date and any notes or legend. If the page is crowded, shorten supporting text or give the layout more space without changing the event dates.
Open this month in the editor before adding events. Choose the paper, orientation and week start on the same page, then download a fresh output after any change. Keep a JSON project backup if you want to revise the calendar later.
