Choose the month you need
Select a year from 1900–2100 and a real month, then choose Monday or Sunday first. The grid follows those dates, including a sixth row when the month needs one. If you arrived from a specific month page, check the title before adding events.
Add the plans that belong on the page
Add a single-day event or a span with an inclusive final day. Use an optional time label for reading, not time-zone conversion. Weekly, monthly and yearly repeats keep an explicit rule; dates that do not exist are skipped. Use a short title and notes when a date box would otherwise become crowded.
Preview the actual page
Choose A4 or Letter, orientation, margins and density. Inspect the busiest day, the last row and any event continuing into a neighboring month. A dark editor still uses a white print sheet by default. The optional U.S. federal collection covers reviewed holiday years 2026–2028, not every local or school date.
Download and keep an editable copy
PDF and PNG give you the arranged calendar. Event CSV and ICS carry date-based event information. Use a local project and JSON backup for the editable version. A CSV or JSON import remains in review until you confirm, so correcting a file does not require discarding the current calendar.
