A valid date range with a separate holiday limit
The example runs from August 2028 through July 2029. It contains 365 dates, including a 28-day February 2029. The Gregorian date grids are valid even though the selected reviewed holiday collection does not cover all holiday years in this range.
The twelve months in order
Read the first and final month before editing. The academic editor keeps a twelve-month sequence from the start you choose; it does not repeat a month to fill a visual template.
| Month | Days | Starts on |
|---|---|---|
| August 2028 | 31 | Tuesday |
| September 2028 | 30 | Friday |
| October 2028 | 31 | Sunday |
| November 2028 | 30 | Wednesday |
| December 2028 | 31 | Friday |
| January 2029 | 31 | Monday |
| February 2029 | 28 | Thursday |
| March 2029 | 31 | Thursday |
| April 2029 | 30 | Sunday |
| May 2029 | 31 | Tuesday |
| June 2029 | 30 | Friday |
| July 2029 | 31 | Sunday |
Read the 2029 holiday warning
The reviewed U.S. federal collection covers holiday years 2026–2028. Its 2029 records have not been reviewed for this collection. Do not interpret an empty 2029 holiday area as a complete list or as proof that there are no holidays. Keep the coverage note visible in the editor and output until a separately verified collection is provided.
Verified holidays stop at 2028
This calendar’s 2029 dates are usable, but the selected U.S. federal collection is incomplete for that part of the range. The warning must remain with a printed or downloaded calendar so a reader who never saw the settings has the same information.
Use your own verified academic dates
Add term dates, breaks and deadlines from the current source for your school or course. Keep them separate from optional federal entries and include the actual year in CSV dates. A sample August-to-July range is not an institutional schedule, and a federal holiday list cannot supply missing school information.
Add events, then check all pages
Start with one single-day event and one longer span so you can check the date-entry convention. The end date includes the final day. If you import CSV, use YYYY-MM-DD dates and review every invalid or duplicate row before confirming; the existing project stays unchanged during the review.
Set the paper, orientation, margins and density, then inspect the full twelve-month preview. Use PDF for a complete multi-page document and keep a JSON backup for later editing. A dark editor still uses a white print page by default. Read the last page and any cross-year event before downloading the final copy.
