Choose a twelve-month range
Choose the first month and year, then review the complete sequence through the twelfth month. An August-to-July calendar is one example, not a universal school-year definition. Keep all requested dates inside the supported 1900–2100 range.
Add your own academic dates
Use your institution’s current information for term dates, breaks and deadlines. Import CSV with clear YYYY-MM-DD dates or add events by hand. Review cross-month spans and duplicate IDs before confirming an import; the existing project stays unchanged during that review.
Keep holiday coverage visible
The optional U.S. federal collection covers holiday years 2026–2028. A 2028–2029 academic calendar extends into an unreviewed holiday year. Its date grids remain usable, but the 2029 holiday portion must carry the coverage warning. The collection does not supply school or local closures.
Preview every page
Check the first month, the year boundary, February and the final month. Keep paper, margins, density and legends consistent. A multi-page export shows progress and can be cancelled without removing the project. Keep a JSON backup as well as the finished PDF or image output.
