Start with the actual year
Select a year from 1900–2100. The calendar calculates all twelve months, including the correct February length and weekdays. Changing the title alone is not a substitute for changing the year setting. Check January, February and December before reusing a previous project.
Choose the amount of detail
Use a compact overview for major dates and a roomier arrangement for event details. Keep names short enough to read at the paper size you choose. A year view is useful for spotting relationships between months; a weekly plan is better when each day needs a long list.
Review events across the full range
Add your own dates, import event rows or use explicit repeat rules. Inspect spans crossing December and January and monthly repeats on day 31. Optional federal holidays keep actual and observed dates separate. The reviewed holiday range is narrower than the editor’s supported year range.
Check all twelve months before export
Review the complete preview, paper, orientation and page count. Download PDF for a document, PNG for an image, or CSV/ICS for event data. Save the project and a JSON backup before creating another year’s version so you can preserve the original dates and layout.
