Full event details continue on additional pages when they do not fit.
Start with seven actual dates
Choose the week you need and a Monday or Sunday start. Read all seven headings, particularly when the week crosses a month or year boundary. The weekday arrangement should make the sequence easy to follow without changing the dates of your events.
Add the detail the week needs
Add single-day or spanning events, clear titles and optional time labels. Those labels help on paper but do not define a time zone or schedule reminders. Keep preparation notes separate when they would make an event label too long to scan.
Make room for busy days
Use the paper, orientation, margin and density settings to fit the kind of week you are planning. Test a day with several events before filling every space. Keep category names understandable in black and white and leave writing room if the planner will be updated by hand.
Download the version you need
Preview the full seven-day range, then download PDF, PNG or date-based event CSV/ICS. Printing uses the separate page without site navigation or advertisements. Save the editable project and JSON backup if you want to continue the plan later; old printouts do not update when an event changes.
